About the Role
As a Welder / Fabricator at S-Line Exhaust, you'll play a crucial role in crafting high-quality exhaust systems that enhance vehicle performance and durability. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Fabrication and Assembly: Using advanced welding techniques, you will fabricate and assemble various metal parts to create custom exhaust systems.
Welding: You will perform TIG welding tasks on different metals, ensuring strong and clean welds that contribute to the integrity and performance of our products.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws. Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
Collaboration and Improvement: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to suggest improvements for the manufacturing process and to solve any issues that arise during fabrication.
This position requires a keen attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and a passion for crafting top-tier automotive components.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
TIG welding stainless (optionally titanium) – we back purge our welds
Consideration to quality is key to meet our promise of perfect fitment and an excellent customer service experience
General fabrication operations such as measuring, cutting, grinding, trimming, drilling – and all manners of manipulating metal
Optional consideration for experience with CAD (digital design)
Full time position – Monday through Friday
